Cannot receive FaceTime calls. All settings are correct. Any ideas?

Verify that you have followed Apple's instructions for FaceTime in Use FaceTime with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. You might say all settings are correct but it's best not to assume this when diagnosing problems.
