Out of Sync Audio

Just added Apple TV to my Roku Streambar. For the first time I experienced an audio sync problem. It is clear that this is only a problem with the app. What to do?

My Apple TV 4K audio is not sync with video I’m having issue with Apple TV 4K no sync correctly with my sound bar the audio and video become unsynced first I thought it was the sound bar I purchased other sound bars and the issue cont I thought maybe it just the turn Apple TV needed to be updated and that is not it’s updated I using Bluetooth for sound with the sound bar since I have a projector and still having the issue please help

For the first time I experienced an audio sync problem.

That shouldn’t happen, of course. Is this for one specific show/movie title, or more?

Check for Roku OS software updates.

Check for Apple TV app updates, if not set to do so automatically.

Try resetting the Apple TV app.

Try deleting and re-installing the Apple TV app.
