When I try to pair my Apple Watch to my iPhone it says the watch has a update but when I try to update it says I’m not connected to internet but I am what can I do to update it

Won't work I try everything that apple support recommends but won't update. I believe that is a bug problem, not with the apple watch but with the iOS 15 update. It's sad not to be able to use good products.

If you see 'Unable to Verify Update' when updating Apple Watch

I have the same problem, and did everything it asked me but won’t pair nor update I have a watch series 4 44MM. Pretty much I’m stuck.
