The Photo App starts up, then stops 1 second later. I'm using a 64GB iPad Air 2 and it is fully up to date with the latest iOS (15.2). 10GB of storage is available. Does anyone know what I need to do to get the Photo App to work?

Can you try and Try and Force restart your iPad?
Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button and keep it pressed until Apple logo appears, release the button and your iPad will finish booting up.
