Keynote Printing

When i try to print slides using keynote, i need to reduce the display scaling because the print option is blocked. I think it is a bug in the software. Monterey version 12.0.1

Printing Keynote slides Hi I'm having a problem printing slides. I want to print two slides per page (ie Grid format) but I want the two slides to be one on top of the other, ie portrait. The program only lets me print two slides per page with the two slides alongside each other, ie landscape. There must be some simple way of doing this but I have failed to find it. Grateful for any help!

PRINTING Keynote thumbnails sends a ton of data When we go to print thumbnail slides, 36 to a page, it should be obvious that full HD or 4K resolution is not required, yet I have to wait for an inordinately long time, maybe 15 minutes, while all the slides spool up to our wireless printer. Can't Keynote recognize that these are thumbnails and that no one expects them to carry their original resolution when they've been reduced to an inch or two?

Print 2 slides of a large keynote document in Ventura I have a 150 page keynote document from which I print out various templates to complete or draw on by hand. I used to be able to select any number of slides from the document in the Keynote Navigator column, hit cmd+p, and choose Selection to print only those two pages. Since upgrading to Ventura, after hitting cmd-p, I am presented with a column of 150 pages, all selected (not just those pages I had selected before), and am asked to again select the two pages I would like to print - this time without any help from the hierarchical outline of the keynote Navigator, and presumably by having to deselect all 148± pages that I do not want. Is this a bug? I already selected my pages before I hit cmd-p. I would expect the side bar in the print menu to reflect my selection. It's nice that I am able to select more pages if I change my mind, but selecting all by default is not useful. Can I select two pages from a keynote document and print them, easily, without having to fragment my keynote file? Thanks

I do not have that problem.

This effect is caused by setting the display resolution to a much lower resolution than the display can show the content correctly.

Change display settings in System Preferences to the default or the next setting lower:

Apple Menu > System Preferences
