I deleted a phone number from a call I received today. How can I retrieve that number using my iPhone?

Restore or Contact your Provider:
Restore your iPhone from a backup that has the call on it, and it would pup right back up. Elsewise, look at an app that keeps an eye on calls, or contact your Cellular provider, seeing if retrieving this is a service they offer.
