I'm trying to cancel a subscription that states it's to renew January. I received an email and under my subscriptions it's showing active (Plenty of Fish). I don't have the option to cancel and the website itself says I must do it through my settings
Click on this link ➔ Refunds, Subscriptions & Billing Questions and then proceed to either chat or talk with Apple Support. Discuss your subscription issue and have it resolved.

I'm seeing the subscription but the cancel option is not available in the Plenty of Fish app. It reads active and to be renewed for $76. HELP
