Accidental 911 call. Now I can't get out of "Notification Canceled" screen

Accidentally called 911. Now I can't get out of "Notification Canceled" screen that was supposed to notify my emergency contact!

You should be able to Force Restart the iPhone and clear it. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
