My iPhone sound while on calls is muffled to a point I have to use my speakerphone now. The phone has never been in water. I have tried cleaning as Apple suggests with no luck. Has anyone found a solution for this problem?

I have attempted these prior to my original post. The audio is not muffled when using the speakerphone. Are there other options? Can this be repaired? Thank you!
