When can a Higher iCloud storage option become available?

I have the 2TB now and its not enough. I need double that! Maybe even triple.

You can have up to 4TB of storage in iCloud if you sign up for iCloud + and Apple One; each containing the 2TB level.


iCloud is primarily a synchronization service, not offline storage. Most devices sold by Apple top out at 2TB of storage so to need/use 6+ TB is extraordinary. You may be better served by purchasing external storage for storage and Time Machine backup.
