Face Id

Good afternoon, i already updated my iphone but FaceId still doesn’t works i bought it in singapore and i am at philippines now i don’t think there’s an apple store nearby

If you just have issues with Face ID not working properly, read this document:

'If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro', click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT208114


If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro, this document deals with that specific issue:

"If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro", click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT208186

Also note you may discover even if there is a store nearby that if hardware needs replacing Apple may not be able to do this for you, even if you are not having this done as part of waranty service.:

This statement from the iPhone and iPad warranty:

"IMPORTANT RESTRICTION FOR iPHONE AND iPAD SERVICE.

Apple may restrict warranty service for iPhone and iPad to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device."*


The above is from the USA version of this iPhone, iPad and iPod warranty document, but this particular section limiting international coverage is much the same for the warranty for all countries. If you wish to check the warranty for where you bought your device, click on this link to take you to the page about Apple warranties, then select your device and country --> https://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/
