It means you now know your Wi-Fi security is weak. Nothing more.

You can choose to ignore that message, or to reconfigure to or to upgrade to a more secure Wi-Fi protocol.

I know it’s weak cause we are on AT&T seniors plan $10 a month and as you know you get what you pay for SO?????
The question there is whether the Wi-Fi router supports better.
If the router can be reconfigured for better, then your Wi-Fi will be somewhat more secure.
If not, then nothing has changed, other than that you now know that your Wi-Fi is insecure.
Many older Wi-Fi routers can be reconfigured, and the oldest routers that cannot eventually get replaced.
The ISP plan that you’re subscribed to here isn’t central to any of this, save as that probably provided the Wi-Fi router.
ps: I don’t know what you mean by that “any better segments?” reply.
It means the network involved is offering weak security.
