I transferred all data from iPhone 7 to iPhone 13 mini but transfer info on old phone has been stuck on "5 minutes remaining" for hours. But new phone is working fine. What should I do?

I have transferred data from iPhone 7 to new iPhone 13 mini. New phone now seems to be working but old phone has been stuck on Time Remaining: About 5 minutes" for hours. Is the transfer complete?

Hi,

If you are using your new iPhone, and all of the content and data has transferred over to it, you should be good to go.

This applies to QuickStart and iCloud backup.

I would recommend force restarting your old iPhone to get it off of that screen.

This should resolve your issue.

If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen
