If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", or "You cannot login because your account has been locked" (it points to the same document), click here and read what to do ➞ https://support.apple.com/HT208856

When using your iOS device:

  1. Go to Settings > Your name > iTunes & App Store > Sign Out.
  2. After doing this, sign in again using the new password you have set on your Apple ID.

if it’s not working than contact apple support.
