Your phone needs a new battery, but that isn’t the only problem. The “No Service” message indicates a problem with your cellular network provider. Apple will replace the battery for $49→iPhone Battery Replacement - Official Apple Support
Wi-Fi isn’t used for calls. If your cellular signal is weak you need to contact your cellular network provider. Do you see a message that says No Service?
