Where is the message icon on my iphone plus?
My message icon disappeared on my iphone 8 plus. how can I get it back?
There is no where to find in t he settings.

You mean the Messages app disappeared? If so, it cannot be deleted from the iPhone, only moved into the App Library.
If so, swipe to the very last Home Screen, then swipe one more time to access App Library and look for it there. You can then drag it back to a Home Screen or onto your Dock.
