Music Library Media files have disappeared

I'm using Mac OS 11.6.1 Big Sur and all my music shows up in the Music App but the actual files do not show up on my external hard drive. They should be under Media but are not.

I know the files exist because I can play the songs and see all the files in the app. Where did the actual music files go?

Select a song, press cmd+i to get info, then look on the file tab to see the location of the source media file.
