My machine wasn't working for a long time. When we got it fixed, all the old accounts were erased and only one user account is available and it is not designated as admin, what can I do?

This worked for Monterey.

there is no admin account on my Mac. Only one user account and that account is "Standard". How do I get admin controls without an admin account?
