Deleted photos on icloud

If iCloud Photos was in use and the photos are no longer in the deleted photos album, then the photos are permanently deleted.

You will need to find copies of the photos from your own local resources; from folks you might have shared them with, or from backups of your photos that you might previously have made.

If you tell iCloud to delete a photo, it deletes the photo. Permanently. The deleted photo is kept in the deleted photos album for 30 days automatically, though some folks will immediately and permanently delete the photo by deleting (again) from the deleted photos album.
