Deleting an Apple Watch award without losing exercise data

I recently was attempting to add a workout to my Apple Watch in the health app. I entered it wrong, and now have an impossible to beat 21 hour “record”. Is there any way to fix this without resetting my prior workout data?

Apple watch workout session will not clear after ending. i.e. the workout is over, the data is there but I cannot clear it off the watch. The workout does go to health app on iphone.

apple watch activity reset I forgot to end a workout and now it’s tracked my workout longer then it should be. I’ve erased the data accordingly on the Health app but the rings haven’t changed at all. Is there some other way to reset it to show the accurate data?

You can remove the data but not the award badge.
