macOS Monterey upgrade

After upgrading my MacBook Pro to latest version of MacOS 12.0.1 I am unable to login into my Seagate NAS Blackarmor 440. Researched Seagate and Google - no solution so far. Yet, I am able to login to my NAS from Windows and my older MacBook.

Not sure if this is a TLS 1.2 issue as the Seagate NAS is older.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I looked into the Discovery App that I downloaded from Seagate website and also updated to the latest firmware. Unfortunately, the Discovery App is compiled at 32-bit.

As mentioned I can get the login in screen for authentication from my updated MacBook (MacOS 12.0.1) but the OS just keeps popping up with same login in screen - no error. In Finder it can see the NAS
