I’m trying to reset my HomePod. I’ve followed the instructions but when I plug it back in and hold my finger on to, it just keeps saying “play”. Not sure what else to do. It’s not working even when I’m just playing music from my phone, the sound cuts out after 10/15 seconds. Help 😢

Try "Hey Siri, VoiceOver off". This should stop the HomePod from speaking when you touch the control surface, and will hopefully allow it to reset properly when you try again.
