Iwatch too many attempts, can't reset

hello, I had followed the instructions to reset Iwatch without an iPhone, but once I press the side Botton, it does not give me the option to delete content and reset, only gives me the option to turn off or SOS

what or how should I factory reset this watch, I had gone to apple and they count not helped me .

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.
