My Mom’s WiFi won’t open on her iPhone or iPad. I don’t have the correct password written down anywhere. How do I find out - or change - her password for her? PS, she’s 90 yo! Thank you

You will have to change that Wi-Fi Network's password at the Wi-Fi Router level. You will need to get inside the Router's settings and change the password. You may end up resetting the Router and then establishing a Wi-Fi Network name and password. You will have to either consult the Router's manual or contact the manufacturer of the Router for more information.
