My iPhone 13 was picked up by my grand kid and bought $105 in my game. I want a refund for this
How do I request a refund for an unapproved game purchase of $105.

I definitely understand this can be frustrating. In the ITunes Store terms and conditions …technically all sales are final. No one is entitled to a refund. But on the bright side, Apple does have self service options to process a refund request and also you could contact call center.

- Sign into reportaproblem.apple.com and click the drop down that says “what can I help you with” select refund request.
- Contact Apple at 1-800-MY-APPLE
Just know that it can take up to 48 hours before a decision has been made for your approval, and if it’s approved… it can take up to 30 days to get the refund.
To prevent this in the future, it would be wise to change passcode on iPhone.
You also could setup family sharing and create a child account so your child can play games and you can control what he/she downloads with Ask to buy.

If there is no other device, I would suggest turning on screen time on your phone as well and disallowing any in app purchases.
