Stolen iPhone

My phone got stolen 2weeks ago in london.I erased and deleted the phone but I don’t know if they ces open the phone again!!and if my pictures and files will stay on the phone in case they could open it?

so I want to block that iPhone for good .I have the serial num and IMEI

so I need your help to block it
