How do I unlock my iCloud account when the recovery email is the account I need to recover the password for?(The instructions are sent to the email I want to recover, so I can not access the instructions)
Also, I have forget the security questions.
Can you please assist temporary password for my apple ID email so that I can unlock my phone.

And I am in Tanzania (a country where I can't contact or there is no apple support)
Contact - Official Apple Support - Select your region from the list and then your country from the pop-up window. If you do not see your country, see if there is an "other" listing for that region.
My region doesn't have apple support, what can I do?

Try contacting support in a different region and see if they can offer help or provide contact information.
