Trade in
Hello! I would like to trade in my old iPad and buy a new one, but in my country(Bulgaria) we don’t have an official apple store. How can I do the trade otherwise?

Contact the Apple authorized iPad resellers in your location to
see if they will honor a trade-in.
Trade-in is not available in all locations. You can either visit
a country that offers trade-in or send the iPad to a
friend/relative/co-worker in such a country for them to
trade it in. Problem is that the gift card you get for your
trade-in will be valid only in the country where it is received.
