iPhone battery power is reducing

After updating to 15.1, my device battery continues to reduce battery power faster than before. My phone also overheats while using apps, like, map (while navigating), games, email, or seeing the internet.

My phone's battery performance is reduced and it gets hot every time I charge it my phone is 12 promax. After update to ios 15.2, my phone's battery degrades rapidly. From peak performance of 100%,after every time the phone is charged, the performance will be reduced by 1%. And until now the battery is still reduced to 92% efficiency. 3 weeks with almost 10% decrease in battery performance. This is crazy. Besides, every time when charging, the device is very hot. This made me very angry.

And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

Settings > Battery > Battery Health
