OK.......I'm not sure what to advise you here. Apple would likely suggest you unpair the watch, then pair it again to see if that brings back the function which isn't working. You could try that, or if you don't feel you can handle this, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar or use the Get Support button at the top of this page.

OK.....when your phone rings, is your watch nearby? What happens if you tap answer on your watch?

Do you have a cellular version Apple Watch or a GPS only version? If cellular, this sounds like a question best directed to your cellular provider.

So it connects, but the caller can't hear you when you speak? Can you hear them?
