how can i access my photos in the old iPhoto app?
i updated my mac to the new monterey os and now cannot access my pictures in iPhoto. Is there any way I can retrieve these photos?

Hold down the option key while opening the Photos app and it will give you the option to select the iPhotos library and it will then convert and open it.
