I need to install Rosetta 2, but had already said no when first asked. Is it available somewhere?

New User to Install:
Create a new Administrator user, log in to it, and then attempt an install. If the install proceeds, then complete it. Once completed, log out of it, and then log back in to your normal user. See if it is now accessible.
