Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and click on Sierra, High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, or Big Sur. If you get a 'Cannot connect to App Store' error messaage or the Mac App Store home page when trying to upgrade to High Sierra or newer, wait a few hours and check again.
