macOS Monterey freeze while updating

what to do if the macbook pro freezes and make noise when updating? MacBook Pro 2020, Intel, 13’. This problem lasts for 9 hours already. Twice I restarted MacBook, but it didn’t helped. Does someone know how to fix it?
