Playlists Missing from iPhone

I recently just got a new phone (8+) and transferred all my data to it, however some playlists I have on itunes desktop aren't syncing to my phone (I have cloud music library turned on & I have apple music). Not sure how to force my phone to sync with itunes playlists as they should be there automatically.

Fixed by turning library sync off and on again, but now i have to go through and redownload all my music :')
