When I check my storage it refers to “other users”

Trying to clean up my laptop that says I Do not have enough storage. When I check the manage storage it indicates that “other users” are taking up over 300 GB of the memory.

Where is this coming from? And how do I clean up my MacBook Pro?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.6

Anyone listed there you were not aware of, nor need? IF so, you can delete them that way.
