Hello. I have been dealing with the problems i state above. Some of my photos are unable to upload. Can i know why and can it be upload? It's so important. I have attach the pictures as references. Please check on it and update me ASAP. Thank you.

It doesn't solve the problem. My wifi and mobile network are working fine. Do you have any alternatives?
