I lost my Apple TV Remote

I lost the apple tv RC so cannot acces to the settings of the apple tv to set up my phone as a remote

If your iPhone is on the same network as your Apple TV, the Remote App should detect the presence of the Apple TV. You just need to open the Remote App and select the Apple TV from the drop down menu at the top of the App.
