i already checked the link, & the purchases are already on refunded statement but still not getting my money back to the visa
i thought it take maximum a week to refund the money. Please i need more help thx
It depends on the method used to make the purchase. With a credit card it can take up to 30 days: this applies with refunds from anywhere, not just Apple. if it hasn't arrived after 30 days you should contact your card issuer.
I have refunded 2 iPhone 13 pro max on November 1st through fed ex with the refund labels you provided.Fed ex says they lost them in the transit.Trying to locate.I am worried if they cannot find it what happens.They are very expensive phones. can you help me in this matter what else I should do to get my refund back. I am thinking of filing police report.
