I am trying to cancel an Apple Storage plan since I don't have a need for it anymore. I am unable to do it on my phone. Help.

It's not in subscriptions. Cancel upgraded iCloud storage by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207594
