Delete Custom Timers off Apple Watch Series 6

You do not. It keeps the 3 most recently set custom timers, and drops the oldest when you add a new one.

Personally, I just use Siri to set a timer

"Hey Siri, give me a 14 and a half minute timer"

or

"Hey Siri, 5 minutes and 13 seconds"

I wish your answer were correct. It is not. I currently have FOUR recent custom settings on my SE watch. I truly want to delete two of them. I use thee time six times every day for glaucom drops. It is confusing to have so many recents showing, especially as I nver intended to set one for three minutes..
