Bought an album on iTunes. One song will not play - not authorized.

One song from a purchased album will not play. Says the computer (Win 10 PC) is not authorized to play that song. All other songs from the album play just fine. Went through the steps to re-authorize the computer but problem persists.

Delete and redownload the music which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
