Recently Played lists both streaming and local versions of tracks in my library

Updating an issue from a post a few months back...

A similar thing happened this afternoon. After a restart and a looong Updating iCloud Library, my Music on macOS showed double tracks in the recently played list--one streamed, one a local copy. Anyone know what's causing this bug and how to resolve it?

(Latest macOS versions, my iOS devices don't show this problem so it seems unique to macOS.)
