Hi i bought a iphone 13 pro max and i trade with my old phone iphone 11pro max but i don't know how can i send my old phone to apple?

If you purchased the new phone at Apple online store and arranged the trade while doing the online purchase, they will send you a trade in box and label. They ship that at about the same time your new phone ships but it may arrive a few days after the new phone.
