Apple Music skipping ahead on its own.

Anyone having an issue of songs skipping forward on their own and/or cutting off?

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We're sorry to see that you're experiencing an issue with Apple Music, and we're here to help.


First, consider if this is happening with music downloaded to your device, or if it's happening while streaming. If it happens while streaming, see if it occurs in certain locations or while connected to another reliable network.


On the other hand, if this is happening with downloaded content, see if you can isolate this to one particular track or album. If this is the case, try deleting it, then downloading it again. 


From there, we recommend taking steps 1-3 here: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open. Forcing the Music app to close, restarting your iPhone, and checking for updates often resolve many unique issues.
