Hi! The iPhone X has a possible 16:9 aspect ratio camera settings (not XS, just X)?
Apparently the X does not support 16:9, but you can still crop a photo to16:9, which is what a 16:9 camera setting does. The physical CDS sensor is 4:3, so to shoot 16:9 it just uses only part of the sensor.

Hello! I have an Iphone XS Max, my wife just has an X. My phone's camera settings have a 16: 9 aspect option, but my wife's phone doesn't have this setting. Is this an update or is the camera X setting not in 16: 9 format?
