Apple Watch series 7(GPS +Cellular)

I am planning to buy Apple Watch series 7 45 mm Watch face(GPS + Cellular) unlocked version in USA. Once I move to India will the Watch bought in USA works with Indian carrier?

A cellular watch bought in the US will only function in North America,Canada,Mexico and Puerto Rico anywhere else it will function as a GPS only watch.
