remove non-english fonts

I have now been told by both Adobe and Apple that they can't do anything to remove this extremely long list of non-english fonts from my macbook. I cannot find an easy fix to this in the community. Is it true that these fonts cannot be disabled at all? the apple chat guy just said there's nothing I can do. They clog up my list when scrolling through fonts in illustrator, photoshop, etc.
