If the issue persists, try to update it via computer:

Learn how to update your device manually if you're using a Mac with macOS Catalina or later, or if you're using a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier or a Windows PC.

You can try again on a better connection. I’m posting a link to some tips about updating and steps to take.

You can always try to download first, then update ‘later’ - like start the update installing before you go to bed or something.

If you’re trying to download over cellular or a public wifi hotspot, perhaps try over a ‘better’ wifi, like at home instead of at school or work.

It is a very large update. Do you have good wifi? That can be an issue. (I think it’s over 2 gig so slow connections will have issues)
