I have been charged twice for the subscription

Bumble app charged me twice for the subscription. First payment was approved, the second one I canceled and is on hold. I can’t download any apps bc of this

When a subscription expires, if you haven't properly canceled the subscription, then it will renew.

Managing auto-renewing subscriptions -

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098


If you did not cancel the subscription properly 24 hours before the renewal but stopped payment with your bank, then you have defaulted on a legitimate purchase and your account has been frozen. You will not be able to use the account until your clear the issue with Apple Support.
